1. Shanti Prime Publication Pvt. Ltd. supply periodical magazines to subscribers through post on dates specified by post office.

2. Any subscriber paid extra courier charges will be sent magazines through courier only.

3. In case of non-delivery of magazine if the subscriber send complaint one more copy is supplied through courier. This is subject to availability of magazine in our stock.

4. After 3 months no complaint regarding non-receipt of magazine will be entertained.
